The KMUTT Geospatial Engineering and InnOvation Center (KGEO) is a new source for geospatial research and development. KGEO is an independent center under the Sciencetific Instrument Center for Standard and Industry, Faculty of Science dedicated to helping Thai government organizations, businesses and society to realize the full benefits of geospatial knowledge by designing, building and deploying robust solutions to real world problems.

The Nodes of Excellence in (SEA) Universities through Spatial Data NEXUS project is an Erasmus + CBHE (Capacity Building in High Education) proposal whose main aim is to enhance the research capacities of HEIs in the southeast Asian region, by strengthening relationships between Education, Research and Innovation in GIS, SDI and remote sensing, for applications that are related to environment, agricultures and situations of emergency.
